Refund & Exchange Policy

If you claim a Quality issue or a defect in the product or if it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email with the following details, within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging, and can be verified to be damaged/faulty. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package, for your exchange request to be fully processed and closed.

Please write to us within 48 hours of receiving the product that you would like to exchange or refund at info@ashimasalankaar.com with the following details:

  • Complaint Order Number
  • Invoice number
  • Details of your request or complaint

📦 Domestic Orders

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is shipped.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
  • If you cancel before shipping, we will refund the full amount.
  • To cancel, email us at info@ashimasalankaar.com with:
    • Subject: Cancellation of order [Order ID] and Date
    • Order details in the email body.

Return Policy

  • Damaged or Tampered Package:
    • If the package is tampered with or in bad condition, please refuse the delivery.
    • Email info@ashimasalankaar.com with your Order ID.
    • A free replacement will be arranged.
  • Defective Product:
    • Email us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, including:
      • Order ID
      • Clear photos/videos showing the defect, packaging, and seal if applicable.
    • We will provide a credit note or refund.
  • Unwanted Product:
    • If you do not like the product, return it within 15 days.
    • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
    • Refund will cover only the product value, not shipping charges.
  • Documentation & Proof Required:
    • Images/videos showing:
      • Seal tampering
      • Defects or spillage
      • Wrong/missing/empty products
      • Mono-carton and outer packaging
    • Mono-carton = the box your product comes in.
    • Outer packaging = the larger box your order was shipped in.
  • Response Time:
    • Our team will reply within 3 working days.
  • Refund Timeline:
    • Once approved, refunds reflect within 10–15 days.
  • Gift Boxes:
    • Not eligible for return or refund.
  • Damage After Delivery:
    • We are not responsible for damage after delivery.

Exchange Policy

  • Request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • To raise a request:
    • Email info@ashimasalankaar.com.
    • You’ll receive approval within 24 hours if accepted.
  • A pick-up label will be emailed to you. Attach it to your return package.
  • Include on the packet:
    • Order Number & Name
    • Shipping Address:

  • Packaging must be intact.
  • Exclusions:
    • Customized products cannot be exchanged.
    • Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.
  • Higher Value Exchange:
    • You’ll receive a coupon code for the returned product amount.
    • Use it on your next order and pay the difference.
  • Lower Value Exchange:
    • We will ship your new product.
    • The balance will be refunded or issued as credit note.
  • Processing:
    • Once your return is received, exchanges ship within 5–7 working days.
