What is ‘My Account’?

On the website, you can create your own account, which allows you to

    • Add & Edit your personal information like name, email ID, contact details
    • Change password
    • Check your order history
    • Create and add items to Wish list

How do I register?

To register, you just need to click on the button ‘Register’ and create your account with your email ID and add a password.

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Ashimasalankaar?

No, you do not need to have an account to shop on Ashimasalankaar. But it is recommended that you register in order to avail offers and keep a history of your orders. Registered users will also get a notifications and previews of our new collection launch.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, please click on “Forgot Password” option available in the Account/Login page. Enter the registered email address and the link to set a new password will be mailed to your registered Email ID (Please note that the link expires in 10 minutes)

How do I find a product on the website?

We have made an elaborate structure of categories and subcategories on the Home Page to help you find what you are looking for. If you are unable to locate the item in the given filters, you can simply type the name in search bar and check the relevant results. You could also reach out to us on the phone number and email ID provided and we will be happy to help you find the product of your choice.

Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order is placed?

Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment. Since the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. You can email us on info@ashimasalankaar.com to inform about such a situation. We will try our best to get the same resolved if the order is not shipped.

How to check the status of my order?

You can visit the website www.ashimasalankaar.com and go to “My Orders” section under “My Account”. You will also receive email notifications with the status of your order.

I placed an order twice. How do I cancel one order?

In case you have placed your order twice and would like to cancel one of the orders, do contact us immediately – on info@Ashimasalankaar.in mentioning the subject line as ‘Order cancellation’. We will look into the matter and cancel one of your orders. You will get the refund amount via the same payment method you used when placing your order.

How do I order for something on Ashima's Alankaar?

On the website, go to the products link where you can browse through various items and select the item(s) of your choice. Click on ‘Add to Cart’ option to add the item(s) to your shopping bag. Click on the cart icon on the top of the page and select checkout. You can then proceed to payment options and complete the payment. You will receive an order confirmation on email as well as through SMS on the registered mobile number.
